In 2010, Justin accepted a position with government contracting giant, SAIC in his home state of Maryland. As a Senior Financial Analyst for a security-cleared defense program, Justin’s depth of knowledge in data analysis, asset management, and financial reporting ensured government appropriations budgets were timely and accurate.
The heart of an Entrepreneur, Heimer saw an opportunity to leverage his years of experience in the financial sector, to support his passion for golf. Launching the first incorporated Golf Academy at Breton Bay Golf & Country Club in 2009, using innovative teaching methodologies with a virtual swing coach, V-1 Digital Coaching System® and Tomi Putting Analysis™. A student of emerging technologies in the evolving industry, in 2011 Heimer was recognized in GOLF Magazine on the MAPGA Top 10 Points list.
In 2014 Justin was tapped by renowned golf and poker legend, Dewey Tomko, to the Country’s first indoor golf simulation experience, located in Florida’s fastest growing region, the iDrive community of Orlando, FL. From inception Heimer developed the technology utilization, engineered internal business processes, managed cash flow and financial statements, and managed staff of 50+ employees. Dewey credits Heimer’s business acumen, work ethic and passion for the game, as making Dewey’s Indoor Golf & Sports Grill the # 1 Sports Bar in Orlando (Orlando Sentinel) in just 2 short years.

With a Bachelor of Science degree, 3rd generation Golf Professional, Justin Heimer can be found structuring complex financial packages for foreign national borrowers and some of Orlando’s most prestigious homes, when he is not on the golf course.
After a 4 years on the professional golf circuit, Justin met his wife and began building a multi-faceted real estate company offering enterprise solutions in residential lending where he oversaw operations and finance at Premier Home Mortgage. Developing additional business lines, Justin and his partner founded Haven Capital Funding, where he worked with multiple private investors to leveraging financial assets for manufactured home construction, resulting in higher than average return over a very condensed cycle.
